    Tasks


    The engine services department will prepare engines for installation and for outgoing shipments maintaining the standards given by the OEM and engineering. The department working times would be from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend duties.

    • Perform and certify engine maintenance on engine types operates by SWISS and Edelweiss, such as checks, damage assessments, repairs, troubleshooting, QEC removal/ installation according to the privileges stated in the personal company authorization and limitations according to the MOE
    • Perform inspections on incoming and outgoing engines according to the defined work scope
    • Perform on-site engine repairs or assist external companies performing engine repair on-site
    • Perform BSI and VBSI on installed and off-wing engines
    • Communicate between the different departments involved in each engine project
    • Ensure high quality of standards

    Requirements

    • Several years of experience in engine or aircraft maintenance as a S-licensed engine or B1 licensed aircraft engineer
    • FOCA S-License with engine type ratings operated by SWISS or EASA Part-66 B1 license with type ratings operated by SWISS
    • Experience in engine borescope inspections would be an advantage
    • Team player enjoying a multinational working environment
    • A high level of commitment and loyalty towards SWISS
    • Fluent language skills in English, German language skills advantageous
    • AMOS system knowledge is an advantage
