- Cataloguing and conservation of digital documents (using Bibliomaker and iManage);
- Digitalisation of selected books or other documents;
- Magazine subscription renewals and conservation as well as access checks;
- Physical books and documents inventory;
- Information to the firm (new acquisitions, newsletters etc);
- Point of contact for all members of the firm for various requests such as sending copies of documents, scanning and printing articles as well as sending newsletters etc.
- In the process of studying or have recently completed studies of law;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work in a team as well as autonomously;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service;
- Responsive, pro-active, with a strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities;
- Native or near-native level French and excellent written and oral English imperative; German language skills is a strong asset;
- Strong computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT).
