Client:

Worldwide HQ of a growing business unit in the engineering field, part of a large UK multinational.


Position:

A global role, reporting to the General Counsel and part of a small Legal and Compliance team. To act as first point of contact for entry and mid-level legal and compliance matter; draft implement and negotiate contracts and templates; training of non-legal individuals on legal and compliance matters; participate to meetings and committees as requested and plenty more


Profile:


  • Law degree and bar admission + LL.M ideal
  • 57 years experience with at least 3 years inhouse
  • Experience in an international and multinational environment with industrial manufacturing
  • Knowledge in Compliance and Competition law ideal

Fluent written and spoken English, german or French a plus:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Autonomous, but also a team player with excellent business acumen
