The challenge:


You will be part of the global Human Resources Information Systems Team (called "Group HRIS"), which oversees the design, implementation and monitoring for all HR-related processes across the company.

Moreover, the members of the department partner with the business to support their strategies.

Some of the key missions of the department are to modernize the way we do HR, to promote our Values & Behaviors and to bring people skills to the next level.

Your key reponsibilities will be to configure, maintain and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS).

You ensure it is used efficiently across the globe by everyone (employees, m

anagers, trainers) and are the central go-to person in case of questions and problems. You champion the adoption of the solution every day, everywhere.

Finally, you are in charge of shaping the future of the solution and its alignment with business needs.


The role:

Reporting to the Head of HRIS, you will be our learning technology expert.

You are in charge of technical support to your colleagues around the world to solve issues and answer questions. You train future LMS users. You maintain user data and functionalities. You ensure security and confidentiality measures are in place.


Your daily activities will require you work closely with the Training & Learning resources, technical consultants, the IT department, HR colleagues in our markets, Group HR, Subject Matter Experts and more.

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Entrepreneurial mind-set: you are fully in charge of your area of expertise and can reach your objectives under limited supervision. You are not afraid of taking initiatives and proposing creative solutions.
  • Analytical skills: by gathering and analyzing data, you quickly identify the key problems and opportunities. You are able to synthetize those and communicate them to very different audiences and ensure buyin from everyone involved.
  • Capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Technical knowledge: you have a previous experience with any LMS technology (SAP, Cornerstone, Talentsoft, etc) and an indepth understanding of the inner workings of a LMS technology.
  • Knowledge of best practices in training design to create engaging and userfriendly learning environments.
  • Communication: you can communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders at every level of the organization. You must be fluent in English.
