Your profile

• A Master's degree (MSc, MA, or MPhil) in Business Administration or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Engineering).

Note:
MBAs are not eligible

• Demonstrated interest and capability to conduct qualitative research, evidenced by previous work, such as an outstanding Master's thesis
• Experience in field research and strong competencies in businesscentric practices and stakeholder management
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken
• A strong desire to contribute to the academic discourse and develop further one's research skills, alongside curiosity, selfdirection, and a propensity for teamwork
