    En tant que Head of Communication, tu seras basé·e soit à notre QG à Bussigny, soit à notre bureau de Zürich (à convenir). Tu reporteras directement à notre Qaptain et tu sera chargé·e (entre autre) de définir et de piloter la stratégie globale de communication, en lien avec la vision et les objectifs de croissance de QoQa

    Ta mission, si tu l'acceptes

    Stratégie et positionnement

    • En plus de la stratégie globale, développer une stratégie de communication spécifique pour la Suisse alémanique, afin d'y renforcer la notoriété et la crédibilité de notre marque, tout en poursuivant activement notre développement en Suisse romande.

    Communication externe et médias

    • Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les médias, influenceurs et parties prenantes en Suisse romande et alémanique;
    • Superviser la création de contenus (communiqués de presse, storytelling, publications, etc.), en garantissant un ton et un message adaptés à chaque audience;
    • Agir en tant que porte-parole de l'entreprise si nécessaire.

    Sponsoring et événements

    • Élaborer et piloter la stratégie de sponsoring, en lien avec nos valeurs et nos objectifs de visibilité;
    • Identifier et négocier les partenariats stratégiques, en assurant une visibilité cohérente et impactante;
    • Concevoir, organiser et superviser divers événements (internes, externes, clients, partenaires);
    • Assurer la présence de QoQa lors d'événements majeurs (foires, salons, conférences) en Suisse romande et alémanique.

    Communication interne

    • Définir et piloter la stratégie de communication interne favorisant l'adhésion des loutres à la culture et à la vision de l'entreprise, en particulier dans le cadre de notre croissance.

    Gestion de l'image de marque et de la réputation

    • Être garant·e de l'image de marque de QoQa sur tous les canaux et veiller à la cohérence de notre communication;

    Management et collaboration

    • Conduire et faire évoluer l'équipe Communication et traduction existante;
    • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes ADN, Marketing, et People & Culture pour assurer l'alignement et la cohérence des messages.

    Parlons de toi et de tes compétences

    Ton expérience - Ta formation

    • Titulaire d'une formation universitaire, tu possèdes une solide expérience managériale au sein d'environnements créatifs et agiles;
    • Tu as idéalement une forte expertise dans la gestion des réseaux sociaux et de l'événementiel, mais pas que
    • Tu as une excellente connaissance du marché Suisse-allemand;
    • Grand·e utilisateur·trice de l'IA, tu es à l'aise avec les outils modernes intégrant de l'IA.

    Tes compétences - Tes qualités

    • Tu es fédérateur·trice et charismatique, tu sais comment motiver une grande équipe diversifiée;
    • Tu es collaboratif·ve, tu sais travailler main dans la main avec une équipe dirigeante provenant de tous les horizons;
    • Stratégique, mais pas que Tu sais autant élaborer des stratégies efficaces que mettre la main à la pâte;
    • Tu es enthousiaste à l'idée de véhiculer la dynamique de QoQa en Suisse alémanique;
    • Tu es proactif·ve et visionnaire, tu sais être force de propos et montrer le chemin;
    • Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français comme l'allemand, le suisse-allemand est un sérieux atout
