- Analyze and assess organisational structure, culture, and processes within COO.
- Develop and implement measures to optimize company workflows in terms of Culture
- Advise the Divisions in change processes and implement new strategies
- Design and lead workshops and training sessions to promote teamwork and efficiency
- Develop concepts to improve employee motivation and engagement
- Continuously evaluate and adjust development measures
- Driving strategic workforce planning conceptually forward
- Drive impact of divisional transformation on people roadmap
- University degree in Organizational or People Development, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector
- Solid knowledge of change management processes and project management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues clearly
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Flexibility, resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Service mind-set is at the core of your work
- Strong sense of integrity and discretion
- Vertical agility: ability to interact and connect with various stakeholders at all levels in the organisation, including senior management
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with heterogeneous personalities
- Team player with empathy in dealing with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English and in German to moderate and facilitate workshops, other languages are an advantage
