Position Overview

• Responsible for the practical training of our apprentices (AGS, FaGe) or potentially nursing students in our Spitex center
• Individually guide apprentices and students towards graduation
• Conduct regular training discussions and documentation independently
• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate practical lessons
• Plan and assess competency tests and IPA as well as professional discussions
• Support practice supervisors in their training tasks
• Participate in career orientation events, contribute to quality assurance and development
• Possible part-time involvement in nursing

Qualifications

• Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Certificate as a Vocational Trainer, SVEB 1 Course
• Ability to engage with young individuals with flair and humor
• Interest in pedagogical tasks
• Social competence and holistic thinking
• Self-responsibility and resilience
• Good IT skills
• Openness to immerse in our Spitex culture
