Due to continuous growth, we are currently looking for a Manager or Assistant Manager for our Finance Strategy & Transformation team.
Assistant Manager or Manager - Finance Strategy & Transformation

Your contribution to KPMG

  • Work in a dynamic environment and provide strategic and operational advice to our clients
  • Deliver high quality solutions to improve processes, operating models and organizational setup for Finance, Controlling and HR
  • Assess and benchmark maturity of the Finance, Controlling and HR function
  • Optimize EndtoEnd processes, such as PurchasetoPay, OrdertoCash, RecordtoReport and HiretoRetire
  • Propose digitization solutions, such as RPA, workflows to standardize and automate processes
  • Set up and optimize Shared Service Center and Outsourcing structures to streamline organizational models
  • Provide advise on role and qualifications profiles for the future experts in Finance, Controlling and HR
  • Improve performance monitoring by implementing proper reporting, planning, forecasting and consolidation technologies (FP&A)
  • Collaborate with KPMG experts on crossfunctional projects to broaden the value proposition to your clients
  • Support proposals for the acquisition of new engagements
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and publications to strengthen our visibility and credibility in the market
This is what makes you successful

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or similar
  • Between 36 years of professional experience in a Finance, Controlling or HR position, preferably within a Consulting firm
  • Experience in (co)leading parts of projects and project management
  • Very solid understanding of endtoend processes, such as PurchasetoPay, OrdertoCash, RecordtoReport or HiretoRetire
  • Very solid experience with processes improvements, process automations, implementation of Shared Service Centers, Outsourcing or other service delivery models
  • Understanding of the dynamics related to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and consolidation
  • Knowledge of ERP system functionalities (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to deal with large amounts of data and experience with management information systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
  • Selfdriven, eager to learn and proactive personality
  • You are a teamplayer and have very good communication and analytical skills
