We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Product Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive the success of our building and home automation solutions worldwide.

As the Global Product Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth and adoption of our building and home automation solutions on a global scale.

Working closely with each global portfolio segment, and product development, you will position our products as industry-leading solutions, build comprehensive domain knowledge, translate product technical features into compelling customer value propositions, and responsible product and solutions launches.


Your responsibilities

:


  • Develop and execute global product marketing strategies in collaboration with crossfunctional teams, to define and implement effective gotomarket strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional/country Product Marketing Directors (PMDs) to understand regional market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, and tailor global marketing strategies accordingly
  • Define and execute the annual marketing plan initiatives related to the global product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets. Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and market expansion
  • Lead and mentor the global product marketing team, fostering the development of comprehensive domain expertise encompassing wiring accessories, building automation, KNX automation, home automation, and IoT solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team to create compelling product messaging, positioning, and customer stories, working in synergy with the division communication and Marcom teams to communicate the product stories, customer value propositions and benefits of our building and home automation solutions in an effective way
  • Work closely with portfolio management teams to address use cases based on a deep understanding of customer pain points and emerging market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, including content creation, digital marketing, events, and thought leadership initiatives, to increase brand awareness and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team to define the product launch calendar, ensure optimal productmarket fit, and drive the development of innovative features and solutions that effectively address customer needs
  • Drive the yearly NPI (New Product Introduction) launch plan, ensuring successful market introductions of all innovations
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with frontend sales teams and Product Marketing Directors (PMDs) in respective regions or countries to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage the BHAS business ambassador or promoter program, to effectively support frontend sales efforts to secure more projects, customers, and business in the market

Your background

:


  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the building automation, smart home, or IoT industry, with a strong track record of driving successful product launches and revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of building automation and home automation solutions, including industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage market research and data to make informed marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing global marketing strategies across multiple markets, working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate
