About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Operations & Finance to join our team and work directly with the CEO.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's day-to-day operations, and help us scale efficiently and effectively.

From a financial aspect, you will oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management


Who You Are

Operations Responsibilities

• Working closely with our leadership team on our organizational strategy and projecting its reflections on operations and recruitment
• Proactively scaling the operations resources and teams to meet the growing needs of our company
• Set the vision and bar for excellence on all operationsrelated processes and needs, ensuring that we have bestinclass office space, technology, internal communications, and administrative system.
• Manage and maintain a companywide tracking system of program developments & milestone achievements
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for internal company processes
• Help design and manage the recruiting process
• Team culture building.

Finance Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, including preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and operational statements
• Lead liaison to external accounting
• Maintain overall financial oversight for accounts payable, payroll, and credit card systems.
• Manage tasks related to equity & investments (e.g., updating capitalization tables, refreshing 409A valuations, and Investor relation management)

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to readily develop trust and credibility across all levels and motivate others
• Handson experience in an operational or financial role at a highgrowth startup, or a relevant background in operations finance, business insights, executive staff office, management consulting, or other related fields
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and business analytics principles
• Strong financial management skills, including experience in budget planning and implementation, and creating, reading, and analyzing financial statements.
• Experience analyzing and understanding sales forecasts, P&Ls, and company valuations
• Experience with logistics, supply chain management, and customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with software tools such as CRM, ERP, and project management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a startup or highgrowth company.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
• Thanks to our global operation, excellent knowledge of English language is mandatory. Knowledge of French and/or German languages is a plus.
