    To provide support with analytical activities such as client, business line and service profitability calculations through efficient and compelling presentations.

    You will also be required to contribute to enrich financial analytics capabilities through the definition of consistent and pertinent KPIs and related dashboards built to ease the access to relevant information enabling decision-making processes.


    You will be responsible for:

    • Helping to define and maintain the Group's activity and services repository as well as ensuring the correct allocation of costs and revenues to the different business lines and clients.
    • Analysing processes, key indicators and costs as well as revenue trends and providing support for internal or external teams in those areas.
    • Defining and creating different dashboards and communication tools to help understanding and communicating on main drivers.
    • Working with other Finance functions across the Group and internal IT teams to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
    • Actively contributing to the development of financial and analytical reporting.
    • Maintaining the quality of financial and analytical data for Group entities and identifying potential efficiency gains in our processes and data and contributing to the automation of processes together with IT Department.
    • Master's degree or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of state-of-the-art concepts, methodologies and solutions in the controlling field (ABC methodology).
    • Ability to work with complex and extensive datasets, business analytics and visualization tools would be appreciated (MicroStrategy, Tableau and Anaplan).
    • Good knowledge of financial tools (SAP) and Oracle database (SQL, MS Access).
    • Proficient in financial analysis, financial modelling and problem-solving.
    • Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills with an open and independent mind.
    • Three to five years' similar professional experience, in the financial services industry an asset.
    • Fluent in French and English.
    • Must be resident in Switzerland.
