HR Controlling and Reward Manager


You will report to the HR Director, work closely with the HR and Finance teams at HQ and in the markets.

You will be the main contact person for HR planning, company-wide personnel cost & FTE controlling, as well as Reward topics.


You will make an impact by:
Overseeing the rolling forecast & budget process and animating the process for staff costs & headcount
Producing the annual budget and forecasts, reporting significant budget differences and discrepancies to Finance
Performing various tasks related to financial closures and accounting workflows
Analyzing and challenging the staff costs and headcount monthly evolution for HQ, Manufacturing and markets in cooperation with Finance teams
Ensuring global HR data accuracy and monitor all HR-relevant KPI's
Providing the expertise for all Reward related topics to support HRBPs on matter of compensation, benefits, equal pay, mobility and analytics
Being the main point of contact with Group Rewards team
Contributing to the annual salary review exercise (e.g. budget preparation, analysis, consistency check, co-validation)
Collaborating with HR on diverse HR and Reward projects; providing as required ad hoc data analysis
Providing benchmarks and analyses related to internal and external trends
Supporting internal and external audit and providing HR data insights


Your exceptional skills we are looking for:
Graduate in Business Administration, Controlling or Finance
A proven track record of managing, budgeting, and reporting experience in HR controlling and Reward practices
Ability to navigate in a complex, multicultural and changing environment
Analytical minded and business driven, able to provide business-relevant solutions
Proactive, innovative, curious, audacious, resilient, flexible and agile
High level of ethics and values, and a strong sense of confidentiality
You are both fluent French & English (oral and written)
