Tasks
- Execution and monitoring of job processes on different systems using OPC (HOST) and AWA (Automic) scheduler tools
- Collaboration on implementations, releases, key date changes, Disaster recovery tests etc.
- Escalation of failures and Incidents according to the applicable Incident Management process
- Monitoring and support of external providers
Requirements:
- Mainframe experience as Operator
- Willingness to work 3 shifts incl. weekends and holidays (Mon
- Fri 5x24 & Sat, Sun oncall / remote)
- JCL, Batch Scheduling
- ITIL, Incident Management
- Good Knowledge in German and English
Soft Skills
- Quick comprehension as well as independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Resilient, teamoriented and flexible personality with good communication skills
