Seeking an Experienced Leader for Adolescent Care Team

We are looking for a skilled Stationsleitung to lead our interdisciplinary team in a psychiatric treatment setting focused on holistic care and multifamily work.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Promoting social and emotional skills of adolescent patients (ages 9-18) in a day clinic environment.
2. Supporting patients in structuring their day and providing psychiatric-social pedagogical care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
3. Conducting social-pedagogical diagnostics, treatment planning, and maintaining close cooperation with the patients' support systems.
4. Leading case discussions with the team.
5. Supervising, instructing, and developing staff members.
6. Representing the department in higher management and contributing to departmental concepts.
7. Ensuring internal standards and participating in ongoing development.

Your ideal profile includes:

1. A degree in Social Pedagogy or Nursing with experience in child and adolescent psychiatry preferred.
2. Experience working with children and adolescents.
3. You are responsible, committed, resilient, flexible, and eager for leadership roles.
4. Independent, meticulous, and interested in systemic family work or have relevant further training.
