    Our mission at the public establishments for integration (EPI) is to contribute to the well-being and social and/or professional integration of people with disabilities or facing difficulties in professional integration. Within EPI, our General Services & Systems department plays a crucial role in monitoring and processing requests from internal clients while coordinating resources, processes, tools, and systems to meet institutional needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • FOLLOW-UP TASKS AND TECHNICAL INTERVENTIONS: Ensure timely follow-up on tasks related to the Support Center as well as technical intervention requests via ticketing mode.
