Job Summary
Develop strategies for an effective, sustainable and compliant stock management in accordance with global guidelines, considering local needs
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- The individual leads the Business Operations Compliance team
- Active member of the Business Operations Leadership Team supporting peers and supervisor in the most efficient way
- Line management of employees, creating an open, supportive and healthy working environment which fosters personal development, and which allows a sustainable work/life balance
- Define and execute team goals in alignment with the site
- Foster continuous improvement of business processes for the site
- Monitoring and improving team performance, through visualization of metrics and KPIs
- Supporting management of team supply/demand, including deployment of contractors
- Establishes effective communication with internal stakeholders to identify options to improve performance or to achieve higher stock management process stability
- Project management /Coordinates project team activities
- Ensuring activities are executed in compliance with applicable regulations as well as legal, quality & EHS requirements
- Accountable to improve and keep table the stock management processes on site
- Managing with the team all related process documentation for the proper area
Qualifications:
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements:
- Commercial degree and bachelor studies
- Good experience in people management
- Expertise in a GMP environment
- Proven practices of root cause analysis/corrective action assessment
- Experience in project management
- Beneficial having crossfunctional experience in biopharmaceutical or general GMP industries
