Project Manager - Architecture/ Construction

Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with Architectural or Construction background to lead a project that will lead to the planning and introduction of a creative work environment that reduces office space and redesigns flexible working models.

This is a 12 month contract and is based in Zurich

Main responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation of a created space planning concept that will reduce office space and redesign flexible working models
Preparing the organisation for new workplace concepts such as flexible seating
Planning and coordination of all areas include design, relocation and access
Leading the project team and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external teams
Planning and resource management, budget control
Communication and stakeholder management
Quality control and compliance
Implementation and monitoring
Collaboration/coordination

Your skills:

Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or related field
Experience as a project manager in construction or spatial planning projects
Leadership, communication and collaboration skills
Indepth knowledge of relevant building laws and regulations
Technical understanding of construction and planning processes
Minimum in C1 in both German and English
