Sales and Performance Manager JOOP Jeans Women Mitte und Nord (d/m/w):

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the distribution of the JOOP Jeans Women brand in the Central and Northern regions of Germany. Your tasks include active sales of current collections to our customers, intensive care of key accounts, analytical assortment design, seasonal customer support and consultation on assortment optimization at the point of sale (POS). Additionally, you will build successful new customer relationships through your ability to engage and inspire people quickly, handle acquisition, control, and develop shop areas in your sales area. Exceeding sales expectations, increasing brand awareness, and analyzing distribution key performance indicators deviations complete this dynamic job profile. You should bring:

  • A degree in business administration or a similar field.
  • Experience in brand distribution.
  • Proficiency in IT, ideally SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and affinity for the fashion and lifestyle sector.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Structured and goal-oriented work approach.
