- Responsible for risk management and all regulatory, legal and compliance issues of the Group, its investment compartments and all advisory and client mandates
- Responsible for monitoring compliance in all areas of asset management and fund governance along the value chain (CISA, FinSA/FinIA, KYC, AML, cross-border, market integrity and conflicts of interest)
- Support projects such as the structuring of new products and offers in the Swiss market and in other jurisdictions
- Monitor, control and develop the ICS as well as the directive system
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly regulatory authorities and external legal advisors
- University degree in business administration or law
- Further education in risk management, compliance or as an auditor is an advantage
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a similar function within a regulatory environment
- Experience in asset management or private equity is a bonus
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a "can do" attitude
- Goal-oriented, ambitious and independent
- Highly competent in communicating and dealing with various stakeholders
- Excellent German and very good English language skills
