Job summary
The Assistant Archives Officer contributes to the development and implementation of archival management policies and procedures to ensure the integrity authenticity and accessibility of WIPO s archives.
- Duties include identifying accessing archival records creating finding aids responding to reference requests digitizing selected collections contributing to digital preservation activities advising supporting WIPO staff members promoting WIPO Archives participating in outreach activities assisting with physical records inventory transfer destruction projects as required.
