    A Real Estate Accountant (60%-70%) We are a management company with over fifty years of experience in real estate in the Lausanne region and USPI. As a human-sized company, we prioritize quality and aim to strengthen our team by hiring: Your missionIn close collaboration with our current accountant (100%), you will participate in the complete management of the real estate accounting of a portfolio of buildings under management. The distribution of files will be defined according to experience and skills, with a clear objective: to ensure a rigorous, smooth, and secure tracking of cash flows.ResponsibilitiesAccording to internal distribution, you will be particularly responsible for:- Managing supplier payments and rent collections- Processing invoices and various entries- Establishing management statements- Managing heating statements- Accounting follow-up of PPE files- Handling reminders and litigation follow-ups- Assisting with annual closingsYou will work closely with the current accountant and the property managers.Profile- Accounting qualification (CFC, federal diploma or equivalent)- Proven experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland (essential)- Rigor, sense of priorities, and autonomy- Ability to work in a team and ensure good communication - Familiarity with real estate tools and softwareWe offer a stimulating work environment, opportunities for growth, and a program X.
