What you'll do


Within our i-Health business, you will drive brand profitability and sales through supporting the development of the 3-year global innovation pipeline / new product launches, as well as brand strategies, marketing plans, packaging, and promotional programs.


Your key responsibilities
Global Innovation

  • Support Director of Innovation in research & development of 3year new product pipeline to maintain consistent pipeline of growth initiatives in the brand portfolio (i.e. line extensions, new products, etc.)
  • Partner with Consumer Insights, R&D, regulatory & operations to contribute to claims development / product improvements and ensure packaging & marketing materials meet guidelines
  • Research and anticipate category and market trends to refine and validate pipeline assumptions, including solid analyses that support overall brand recommendations
  • Partner with project management team on timeline deliverables to commercialize for launch incl. PrePIF/CERF development, artwork job starts, etc.
  • Regional Market Initiative Deployment:
  • Lead development of New Product Bundle Books
  • Lead customer service trainings of new items
  • Ensure sales & marketing tools are continuously updated with new item information.
Global Brand Management

  • Support all strategic activities that drive the brand objectives including annual planning, advertising development and packaging.
  • Lead Business Analyses to support the overall global brand team
  • Engage with regions to understand category, competitive & brand performance including drivers and necessary actions
  • Develop & update competitive analyses partnering with regional teams for countryspecific insights
  • Contribute to the development of brand experience toolkit & brand book/style guide.
Global Marketing Budget Management

  • Support the Brand director / Sr. Manager to manage P&L to deliver planned sales and profit, through monthly tracking and forecasting of annual marketing budget spend with Finance
  • Includes submitting PO Requisitions and tracking vendor invoices / payments.

You bring

  • MBA degree with 6 years minimum Consumer Packaged Goods brand, marketing experience
  • Experience in global marketing / international marketing preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of brand management/marketing
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills leveraging 3rd party data required
  • Broad knowledge of industry, indepth knowledge of CPG products, packaging, and competitive marketplace
  • Demonstrated analytical ability. Experience with market research techniques and interfacing with marketing agencies
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Required travel of up to 10% to attend consumer research/focus groups.
