As a leading developer of two-stroke engines that power merchant shipping our people drive innovative solutions for our customers on a global scale.We are looking for a Spare Part Order Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of spare parts for our services.
The successful candidate will manage customer requests quotations and orders with accuracy and speed using SAP and internal tools prepare issue spare parts quotations ensure correct pricing lead times part identification coordinate the entire order-to-delivery cycle ensure on-time shipment full customer satisfaction follow up proactively on quotations open orders delivery schedules maintain clean up-to-date customer order data in SAP collaborate closely with WinGD's global offices Swiss headquarters align delivery commitments project requirements support field service units spare part needs onboard interventions contribute continuous improvement spare parts sales coordination processes report order activity customer engagement line management regular basis.
