    Wir suchen einen hochmotivierten Junior Software Developer für unser Identity und Access Management (IAM) Team. Als Junior Software Developer sind Sie für die Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung, Prüfung und Wartung von IAM-Lösungen verantwortlich, um die Sicherheit und Effizienz der digitalen Ressourcen unserer Kunden zu gewährleisten. Diese Position bietet eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, praktische Erfahrungen mit IAM-Technologien zu sammeln und dabei eng mit erfahrenen Fachleuten in diesem Bereich zusammenzuarbeiten.

    Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

    • Entwurf, Entwicklung und Pflege von IAM-Lösungen mit den neuesten Technologien und gleichzeitige Auseinandersetzung mit neuen Lösungen.
    • Umsetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in Designs, die auf die Projektziele abgestimmt sind.
    • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der zugewiesenen Aufgaben und Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Fertigstellung.
    • Anwendung agiler Methoden in der Softwareentwicklung.
    • Unterstützung von Qualitäts- und DevOps-Aktivitäten, einschließlich automatisierter Tests.
    • Mitarbeit am Design und der Entwicklung von IAM-Lösungen, die Authentifizierung, Autorisierung und mehr umfassen.
    • Programmierung sauberer, effizienter IAM-Funktionalitäten mit Java, Python oder C#.
    • Integration von IAM-Lösungen in bestehende Systeme für eine nahtlose Zugriffskontrolle.
    • Durchführung von Unit-Tests und Beitrag zu Testplänen für Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit.
    • Dokumentieren Sie Code und Vorgehensweisen für den Wissensaustausch und die Wartung.
    • Fehlerbehebung bei Problemen mit dem IAM-System zur rechtzeitigen Lösung.

    Ihr Profil

    • Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich.
    • Gutes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungskonzepten.
    • Kenntnise von IAM-Konzepten ist ein Plus, aber nicht erforderlich.
    • Beherrschung mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z. B. Java, Python, C#).
    • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
    • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamarbeitsfähigkeiten.
    • Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Kreativität.
    • Bereitschaft, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu lernen und sich anzupassen.
    • Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell auf neue Aufgaben und Herausforderungen einzustellen.
    • Konstruktiver und aufgeschlossener Kommunikationsstil innerhalb und zwischen Teams.
    • Frühere Erfahrungen mit IAM- oder Sicherheitsprojekten sind von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich.
    • Zertifizierungen sind nicht erforderlich, können aber von Vorteil sein.
    • Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch.
