Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, Digital Transformation Office
The future Kenvue organization is on a journey to become a Digital-First, independently operating business.

The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is driving the overall Digital transformation, by building and deploying end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem.

Along the journey, this team is transforming underlying business processes, building sustainable support model, and driving adoption of digital tools that generate new value and improve employee, customer, and consumer experiences.

Team members of the DTO demonstrate strong experience in supply chain, end to end thinking, digital acumen and ensure proper linkages to the digital strategies of partner functions.

The Sr.

Manager, Strategy & Operations will play a critical role in the delivery of Digital Capability and Functional Maturity roadmaps that will transform our business, drive new ways of working, and deliver financial and business results.

He/she will understand the portfolio aspect of the DTO's products / services and how the team works together and with cross-functional partners (Supply Chain & Operations, IT, Commercial, R&D).

The Sr.

Manager, Strategy & Operations will establish a performance driven culture that ensures the DTO communicates and delivers on its commitments.

This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational governance, performance metrics, and ways of working in support of benefits realization.

This individual will foster a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team culture where different viewpoints are visibly encouraged and supported.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders across all levels and geographies of the organization.
  • Represent the DTO at a global level with the cultural sensitivity and business maturity appropriate to the level of responsibility involved
  • Collaborate with regional and value chain partners to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges and alignment with business imperatives
  • Develop executivelevel communications, own and drive stakeholder management, and ensure appropriate follow up according to commitments
  • Partner with DTO Leaders for decisionmaking, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Develop departmental team performance metrics and goals
  • Drive adoption of performance scorecard across the team and integrate with broader SC&O and company OKRs
  • Orchestrate the development of Functional Maturity Roadmap delivery against commitments
  • Run DTO Governance, including Leadership Team meetings, Town Halls, Staff Meetings, Performance Reviews, Talent reviews, etc.
  • Partner with the DTO leadership team to build and engage the DTO team, including internal employees and external contractors
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
  • Develop and build out capabilities and teams within the DTO to deliver on the purpose and vision of the team
  • Partner with HR team to execute talent acquisition, retention, development, and succession plans
  • Oversee key projects and drive continuous improvement
  • Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
  • Develop methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering at a minimum
  • At least 7 years of work experience, including 5 years of Supply Chain or Operations experience
  • Outstanding stakeholder management experience at the most senior levels, superior influencing, and collaboration skills required
  • Experience with organizational design and talent strategy (recruiting, retention, and upskilling)
  • Experience with process improvement, implementation, and organizational change management
  • Experience leading large, crossfunctional projects or programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
  • Able to lead effectively in a complex environment and deliver results
  • Able to influence without direct authority
  • Able to balance between competing priorities and be flexible and creative
  • Able to build highly effective teams and drive team performance
  • Strong experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions
  • Experience in relevant industry: Consumer Products, Retail, Supply Chain, Consulting, and/or Digital
