- Definition of work processes within the department and across the departments ,
- Coordination of delivery target setting with the Project/Programme Management ,
- Creation of other documents related to the Spare Parts Catalogues ,
- Creation of the Spare Parts Catalogue (SPC) ,
- Continuous enhancement of the documentation content and ways of working
