We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to support our fast global growth.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community and Events Manager to join our growing team.

As a Community and Events Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and engaging with our online and offline communities - including banks and corporates -, managing internal and external events, and developing and implementing community-driven marketing initiatives.

You will play a key role in fostering a vibrant and supportive community that will drive growth and brand awareness for our company.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to foster a thriving online and offline community
  • Create and curate engaging content that will resonate with our target audience collaborating with Content department.
  • Work closely with Strategic Partnerships, Customer Success and Product to engage clients and meet their business needs, and ensure a seamless community experience
  • Host and manage internal and external events, such as webinars, conferences, and meetups, standalone or in collaboration with partners.
  • Develop and implement communitydriven marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Analyze community data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of community engagement efforts
  • Manage and moderate online communities across various social media platforms
  • Stay uptodate on the latest trends in community engagement such as developer portal, partner certification program, and basecamp.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Proven track record of building and engaging online communities
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing channels
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for blockchain and finance and a deep understanding of the industry
