About The RoleAt dormakaba we are on a journey to transform how data and AI drive our business.We seek Head of Data Analytics & AI Program Management to lead strategic initiatives that enable smarter decisions and innovation across all global functions.Reporting directly to SVP Data & Analytics this role acts as bridge between strategic business objectives and execution ensuring programs deliver measurable impact align with priorities and foster data-driven culture.A JOB THAT MATTERSYour ResponsibilitiesShape and evolve the enterprise Data Analytics & AI vision strategy lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programsfrom business case development through successful implementationServe as trusted advisor to senior leadership translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmapsDefine scope objectives success metrics for strategic initiatives in collaboration with business leaders IT Data & Analytics teamsMaintain holistic view of data analytics AI portfolio ensuring timely execution within budget quality standardsDrive prioritization resource allocation across programs resolving conflicts managing dependenciesEnsure compliance with data governance security regulatory requirementsBuild new capabilities teams from scratch across data management engineering analytics AI arive structural changes operating model evolution governance frameworks transformation scaleSupport change management upskilling initiatives promote data-driven culture
