- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and maximize market penetration, with a focus on coagulation diagnostics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes in the diagnostics industry, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EMEA region, leveraging your industry expertise and network to expand our customer base
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer support teams, to deliver exceptional value to our customers and drive overall business success
- University degree in biochemistry, chemical engineering, or biology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the in-vitro diagnostics industry, with a strong background in coagulation diagnostics preferred
- In-depth understanding of the EMEA diagnostics market, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture
- Fluency in English is required and proficiency in German. Additional languages spoken within the EMEA region is a plus
