Company Description

Are you a scientist, passionate about new technologies, looking for an exciting challenge where you can have an impact on the future growth of your company? We are looking for an 'Application Development Intern' to work in the Application Development team to optimize multiplexed immunoassays for spatial analysis of histological samples on Lunaphore's microfluidic platforms.

Job Description:

Explore and understand the biological background of the target markers under development
Design, run and optimize immunostaining assays using Lunaphore's microfluidic platforms
Image acquisition and processing, data analysis and reporting of the results
Contribute to the continuous development of devices and test new prototypes
Interact with multidisciplinary team of hardware and software engineers and researchers

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Life Science, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or similar field
Handson experience in spatial proteomics assays on histological samples (IHC, IF etc.)
Experience in handling microfluidics devices and fluorescent microscopes
Good knowledge in image processing and data analysis
You demonstrate critical thinking, good organizational skills, and attention to details
Dynamic, enthusiast and able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
A real team player, you are also comfortable working independently
Fluency in oral and written English is a must
