For our Zurich based Client from the Financial Services Consulting sector, we are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Banking Core Processes.

• Defining project requirements by identifying project governance and its deliverables
• Collecting, analyzing and reviewing Business Requirements for IT implementations as well as determining operational objectives
• Conducting functional analysis, identifying operational efficiency paths with focus on Business Optimization and Automation
• Using various projects methodologies with main focus Agile/Scrum

• Higher Degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration and Management and/or Information Technology or any other related discipline
• Not more than 5-7 years of experience having served as Business Analyst within, ideally, Consulting or Financial Services industry
• In-depth knowledge of Core Banking Processes and Change Management is mandatory
• Hands-on knowledge of all types of Asset Classes across

• Being a detailed-oriented problem-solver with great analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all seniority levels and job functions
• Languages: German and English – fluent written and spoken
