The Forum's 'Business Services' is a central unit that supports the engagement journey of over 800 global and regional organisations across industries.

We are currently seeking a Lead who will be responsible for supporting the Business Services team on strategic transformation and data analytics.

Reporting Lines & Interactions


The Business Services Lead will oversee the quality and consistency of business engagement, navigating across and interacting with multiple teams internally, including Platforms and Centres, Digital and IT, Participants and Events Services, Contracts and Finance, as well as Marketing and Communications.

The role will entail interactions with the business community and leadership teams. The Business Services Lead will report to the Head of Business Services.

Breakdown of main responsibilities

  • Act as key point of contact on business engagement experience for internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively develop strategies for data analytics on an ongoing basis; use stakeholder feedback to continuously measure performance and share results
  • Build narratives and communicate insights to leadership for strategic decision making; make evidencebased recommendations on value proposition and process optimization
  • Create compelling and tailored content to convey complex ideas in a simple and clear manner; use data visualization techniques to present information
  • Drive consistency across established and new key communities (Csuite, Partner Representatives, Global/Regional Groups )
  • Implement automation 'by design' across tools and platforms, towards increased selfservicing and leaner user experience (eg Business Services Inbox)
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to Improve internal and external communications in a streamlined and consistent way across teams
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the team
  • Line manage 12 team members; be responsible for their day to day performance as well as overall career development plans
  • Contribution to improving partner engagement and experience
  • Service excellence in proactively managing requests, making recommendations, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Leadership
  • Contribution to operation efficiency of the team, including level of support in making the best use of digital tools and effectiveness in Forum processes
  • Project leadership: individual leadership on managing on specific ('ondemand') project delivery such as process and tools improvement, business intelligence/information management, change management
Preferred Requirements and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree; Advanced University degree preferred; project management and/or business intelligence certification is a plus
  • Approximately 8+ years of experience in large scale project management, change management, consulting, and digital transformation, in a demanding professional environment
  • Successful track record of delivering superior customer service and partner relationships
  • Experience in use of data analytics and reporting to drive performance and change management; proven ability to build narratives and deliver insights from data sets
  • Previous experience managing teams and overseeing career development plans
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, while delivering measurable results on time
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with and manage expectations of leadership with confidence
