    Company is hiring : Director Of Marketing

    Mission

    We're looking for a talented and extremely proficient Director Of Marketing to join our HQ in Geneva. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing, social media, events, partnerships, business development, brand management, press relations, and ensuring cohesive communication across all properties.

    Responsibilities

    Digital Marketing:

    • Manage and optimise the Ultima Collection website.
    • Oversee PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies.

    Social Media:

    • Oversee social media strategies aligned with brand objectives across diffetent accounts.

    Content Creation:

    • Oversee content creation strategies aligned with brand.

    Event Management:

    • Plan, organise, and deliver different events thoughout the year.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

    Partnership Development:

    • Identify, manage, and build strategic partnerships to enhance brand positioning.
    • Collaborate with external partners to create mutually beneficial relationships.

    Business Development:

    • Explore and pursue business development opportunities to drive revenue.
    • Develop strategies to expand Ultima Collection's presence in new markets.

    Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.
    • Uphold brand standards and guidelines across properties.

    Cross-Property Coordination:

    • Collaborate with property teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
    • Drive unified branding and messaging across all Ultima Collection properties.

    Press Relations:

    • Manage agencies across multiple markets to secure positive press coverage.
    • Take charge of press relations for the UK market.

    Reporting:

    • Provide regular reports and insights to the board on marketing performance.

    Profil

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the luxury hospitality sector.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and partnership development.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven success in event management and business development.
    • Previous experience in press relations and managing agencies.
