Your tasks:
Provide services regarding contract and claims management to the ongoing projects via:Contract review, negotiations support/preparation, risk analysis for suppliers, sub-contractors and own servicesCoordinating with staff on all levels to draft, align and own contract strategiesPreparation or review/co-creation of customer- and subcontractor-facing

communicationSupport in sales and procurement activitiesDevelopment of contract and claim management framework (internal):Creation and ownership of contract library (templates, language, guidelines, notifications)Training of Project Managers (incl.

PMOs), Engineering Managers, Project Controls, Procurement teamsYour profile:

Proven international work experience (5+ years) in contract management/administration, claims management on (large) investment projects or in quantity surveyingFluent in verbal and written English and GermanMotivated driver and builder, with strong motivation for organizational development, keen attention to detail, analytical, and self-motivated way of workingOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent reading and comprehension skillsBachelor's degree (e.g.
