Missions
- Support Sales Team to manage customers' administrative tasks
- Participate in the organization of business trips for sales teams
- Organize sales presentations, and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
- Working closely with the R&D and Operations departments to organize sales demos (material, export documentation, )
- Update customer records in the company database as required
- Working closely with the customer service department to ensure the smooth running of the sales administration
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including sales calls, followup notes, reporting, sales analysis,
Requirements:
- Technical Sales Student in bachelor's, master's or engineering school
- Experience working with a CRM system is an advantage
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office
- Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a blend of business insight and technical aptitude
- Full fluency in French and English is required, Spanish is a plus
Information
Duration: 6 months
Working hours: 42h per week from Monday to Friday
