Missions

  • Support Sales Team to manage customers' administrative tasks
  • Participate in the organization of business trips for sales teams
  • Organize sales presentations, and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
  • Working closely with the R&D and Operations departments to organize sales demos (material, export documentation, )
  • Update customer records in the company database as required
  • Working closely with the customer service department to ensure the smooth running of the sales administration
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, including sales calls, followup notes, reporting, sales analysis,

Requirements:


  • Technical Sales Student in bachelor's, master's or engineering school
  • Experience working with a CRM system is an advantage
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a blend of business insight and technical aptitude
  • Full fluency in French and English is required, Spanish is a plus

Information
Duration: 6 months

Working hours: 42h per week from Monday to Friday
