Investments Regulatory Officer - Geneva, Schweiz - Pictet

Beschreibung

• Reconcile the status of our customers and their investments.
• Coordinate deposit transfers with the teams in charge.
• Follow each case through to resolution.
• Communicate with client RMs and other stakeholders (operational teams, Legal & Tax advisors, Project Manager).
• Depending on volumes, other daytoday team tasks may be assigned (various tax and regulatory requests from funds and private assets counterparties).

• University degree in Law/Economics or comparable studies, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
• Capability to coordinate the review and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Skilled user of Excel and generally at ease with new IT systems.
• Fast learner able to work in a dynamic regulatory environment.
• Rigorous, discreet, a solution provider, able to manage priorities and a team player.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
• No possibility of remote work.
