Lead Data and Analytics Support - Geneve, Schweiz - The Global Fund

They will facilitate successful delivery and deployment of specific projects, ensure quality transition to support teams. They should ensure systems are optimally used by the end users through proper change management.They will be responsible for defining and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
The systems include, but not limited to DataHub, Corporate DataWarehouse, Corporate Dashboards and other Analytical artifacts, and all other data and analytics systems delivered by the Data Services and Analytics Services teams.
The Lead Data Support also acts as a partner in the alignment of the IT strategy, architecture and IT product lifecycle with the Business & IT needs and goals.
The person in this role will bring expertise in vendor management, systems architecture, solution design, infrastructure, security and knowledge of trends in the technology marketplace.
As the Lead Data and Analytics Support, they will:
- Ensure systems stability including the transition to new enhancements introduced and integration to other systems.
- Monitor workflow processes, troubleshooting, setup and performance.
Subject to change by the Executive Director at any time at their sole discretion._
Qualifications:
Essential:
Advanced University Degree in information systems management, computer, engineering or a related field or an equivalent and relevant work experience Microsoft SQL applied to data warehousing Informatica PowerCenter Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Dell Boomi Tableau R / Python Microsoft Azure Data Environment (ADF, ADL, DataBricks, DevOps ) ITIL v3 Certification or equivalent experience
Desirable:
Accreditation in a recognized project management methodology such as PMI / Prince2
Experience
Essential:
Extensive experience in the technology and infrastructure area including several years designing and delivering endtoend support services; Extensive experience with successful vendor management, including experience in developing Service Level Agreements; Experience in functional and technical analysis of issues with understanding of functional implications and impacts; Experience in triaging incidents and issues; Experience in dealing with business teams and IT teams to manage expectations, propose improvements to the systems related to configurations/ administration and daytoday operations; Prior experience in working with virtual teams; Experience in data management systems;
Desirable:
- Experience in one or more functional areas (like Finance, Sourcing, Grant Management, etc);
- Experience with international financial services organizations;
- Experience with international/nonprofit organizations.
Languages:
An excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
