As Director, Revenue & OTC you will be part of our growing Finance team.

You will lead in all aspects of our revenue operations from supporting and advising the business and management to revenue accounting and reconciliation, technical accounting research and audit support, in addition to heading the Accounts Receivable and Contract Management functions.

Furthermore, you will spearhead the establishment of departmental risk management procedures and practices for your area and hold a leading role in projects, such as an ERP implementation and back-office automation.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and support the development of the Accounts Receivable and Contract Management teams
  • Manage the revenue close, including preparing reconciliations, related analysis, forecasting and other reporting requirements
  • Be the specialist point of contact for all ARR/revenuerelated questions and support deal structuring as a Business Partner for Sales and Deal Desk from an ARR/Revenue perspective
  • Review, control and ensure correctness of ARR, revenue and other relevant data as captured in our CRM, subscription management, and accounting systems working closely with our contract management team
  • Drive crossteam process
- and system improvements, developing best-in-class functions for Revenue and Order-to
  • Cash ("OTC")
  • Perform technical accounting research related to revenue transactions
  • Develop and maintain worldwide revenue accounting policies, procedures, and strong internal controls
  • Review and analyze customer orders, contracts and related documentation to identify revenuerelated issues for proper accounting treatment
  • Monitor the overall health of outstanding accounts receivables and guide the team in implementing and managing action plans to target and resolve outstanding accounts receivables through effective management and root cause analysis
  • Oversee the operations of the Contract Management team in relation to order processing, license key provisioning, subscription
- and contract management

  • Partner crossfunctionally with stakeholder groups, including Sales, Business Operations, Legal & Finance teams, to improve execution of pre
- and post-sales processes, including approval process, deal desk and quote to cash processes, and tracking exceptions to our terms and conditions

  • Lead or participate in adhoc projects, for example, system implementations, process improvements for the revenue and OrdertoCash functions

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience working in accounting, with experience in SaaS revenue
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar, with a professional accounting qualification preferred (such as CPA, ACA, ACCA)
  • Working knowledge of ASC606 and IFRS 1
  • Experienced in implementation and use of ERPs
  • Affinity to identify opportunities for automation and leverage technology to eliminate spreadsheets
  • Experience with growth stage tech (software/SaaS) companies and international expansion
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required. The ability to communicate technical revenue issues in a businesslike, nontechnical manner is a basic requirement

  • Sense of urgency and a good sense of when to escalate issues

  • Fluent in English, majority of written and spoken communication will be English
