We are currently looking for a
VP of Information Technology to join us in Chiasso HQ.

This position is aimed at leading the strategic planning and implementation efforts of IT systems to improve business performance and efficiency.

The VP of IT will be in charge of setting a vision for the IT strategy of the company in alignment with the Executive Leadership Team, making sure that Information Technology adds the maximum value to our company to facilitate the success of the business.

Main duties:

Set companywide IT strategy to ensure business efficiency
Act as trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team for IT related matters to support key business decisions
Manage the IT Infrastructure, IT Helpdesk, and Business Systems teams
Manage highlevel concerns such as data privacy, crisis management, and strategic initiatives that require crossdepartmental collaboration
Select and oversee the implementation of suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
Approve the purchase, rent, lease, license, or other acquisition of hardware, software, or services needed to meet company need in accordance with the assigned budget
Maintain pace with technological progress, economic change, and company needs by directing continual improvements of IT staff, equipment, and procedures
Ensures data integrity and integration among systems (CRM, Marketing Automation, and ERP), able to consult with business users and finance to ensure integrity in all business data used for reporting and operational measurement

Responsibilities:

Proven experience in an IT leadership role, preferably in the Saas environment
Expertise defining strategic technology planning for large organizations, with full exposure to senior management
Proficiency in establishing IT services framework and IT security policies
Solid understanding of IT governance and compliance, data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
Background in designing, planning, developing IT systems implementations
Analytical mindset and problemsolving capabilities
Strong strategic and business mindset
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred
