    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team based in Paudex (CH). The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries received via email and phone, advising customers on our legal solutions, guiding them towards suitable products, supporting clients through portals until resolution, contributing to CRM data quality updates.

    • Vocational diploma in business or equivalent qualification required.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or similar role with client-facing skills.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills fluently spoken & written french language with knowledge of german/span > advantageous Familiarity with one or more CRM systems usual tools adaptable flexible organized rigorous autonomous capability manage priorities daily enjoy working within positive environment.
