Contract Manager (Global Medical Affairs)

For our client a big pharma company based in Basel, we are currently looking for a
Contract Manager who will be supporting the Global Medical Affairs teams with the new agreements.

General Information:

Start date: ASAP
End date: 1 year duration
Workload: 100%
Locaton: Basel

Job summary:

Need to establish a GMA (Global Medical Affairs) Contract Management role to have oversight of all GMA third-party contracts (Non-Procurement contracts for RC & IITs & MAPS & other services).

Main Objectives:

Streamline and standardize contract management processes across GMA
Enhances control over contract aspects such as financials, terms, execution, signatures, and archiving
Improve efficiency and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Contract review and overview
Support GMA teams with new agreements
Liaison with Procurement
CLM support/archiving process
RC (Research Collaboration) agreements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience as a Contract Manager, preferably in a related industry (Pharma / Global Medical Affairs)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
