    Accounting and Financial ManagementConfirmed Accountant (80%) – Family OfficeAccounting and Financial ManagementInput and control of daily accounting entries (bank, cash, supplier and customer invoices)Management of acquisitions, disposals, payables, and revenues as well as execution of payments (suppliers, salaries, cash management)Monitoring of bank accountsPreparation and filing of VATPayroll ManagementComplete processing of salaries for a team of 4 with external accounting as well as monthly payroll entriesMonitoring of social charges and social insuranceA structured handover is planned to ensure a smooth transitionProfileWe are looking for an experienced professional with a degree in accounting, finance or equivalent, or with proven experience in an ideal role:Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelFluent in French (spoken and written) and possesses a good level of English, both spoken and writtenDemonstrates autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibilityEnjoys teamwork while being able to work independentlyWillingly participates in routine tasksStrictly adheres to principles of confidentiality and discretionWilling to work exclusively on-siteWe offerA salary in line with your experienceA high-quality, stable, and professional work environmentA human-sized, demanding, and confidential environmentSupported transition through an organized handover jid60bdad9aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
