As Personal Assistant manage daily operation coordinate schedules support day-to-day correspondence. Support projects prepare presentations maintain strict confidentiality diplomacy attention detail matters relating General Manager. Maintain up-date contact database answer calls take messages ensure appropriate action taken on matters arising during absences inform relevant stakeholders timely accurate expense reports correct charge codes quality cycle tools analyze data foster continuous quality improvement change management organization.
