Job summary
We are looking for a finance specialist as Junior Fund Accounting AManaging fund accounting of Private Equity funds and investor reporting as well as handling general ledgers capital calls distributions and accounts payable Maintaining ledgers for funds booking daily cash transactions reconciling intercompany balances Managing expense reimbursements according to agreements perform monthly reconciliations Ensuring accurate compliant reporting to deliver timely high-quality financial data in collaboration with internal teams fund managers auditors Create and distribute financial reports capital statements for partners capital call distribution notices Provision of schedules documentation audits coordination tax returns Maintenance updating fund accounting tools systems Ad hoc projects
