Our client is a leading independent financial advisory group providing sustainable investment solutions for Asia and other Emerging Markets. With an established presence globally and with (Head Office) in Zurich.

They are enjoying a period of growth, and are looking to hire a new professional and dynamic Fund Operations/Middle Office Specialist for the VADUZ Advisory Team, this could be your future as a

FUNDS MIDDLE OFFICE EXPERT (Senior role)

Main tasks:

Analysis of new products, markets and investment opportunities
Supporting the execution of security transactions in various markets and asset classes
Supporting the onboarding of crossborder private equity/debt transactions (due diligence, valuation, risk management, stakeholder management etc.)
Being a sparring partner in assessing the feasibility of new private equity and private debt transactions
Transaction and administrative support for the business development team and assisting in managing existing client relationships
Postinvestment DD support for various Investment Managers within the Group;
Managing key external and internal stakeholders globally
Supporting the audits of various Group Companies
Stakeholder management and communication with corporate service providers, lawyers, directors, advisors, investee companies etc.

Requirements:

Preferred is a university education, with at
least 3 years' (more preferred) work experience as a Fund operations, Fund accounting within the financial services sector
Additional certification would be good (CFA, CAIA, Series 7, etc.)
Strong interest in financial markets particularly emerging markets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English spoken and written, also good German is a requirement
IT savvy
Goal oriented attitude, with a high focus on details and quality, also the ability to work under time constraints
Flexible and process oriented mind set, with good analytic skills and able to understand complex processes
