Your activities at your future employer
- You prepare the president's presentations for management meetings or various events, including the board of directors
- You organise Executive Committee meetings, management meetings, the company convention, the technical day, kickoffs, allemployee meetings and other various meetings.
- You coordinate the organisation of management meetings, provide support on logístical issues, attend meetings, take minutes, etc.
- You follow up on the actions defined in the minutes
- You will be responsible for the organisation of the President's trips
- You maintain the calendar of appointments and organise meetings for the President
- You support the President in his ad hoc requests and act as a facilitator
Your assets for your future employer
- You have a tertiary education in the field of executive assistant, marketing, finance or business management/administration
- You have proven experience in supporting a senior executive in an international environment, knowledge of the industrial sector is a plus
- You are fluent in English, any other language (Italian, German or French) is an asset.
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Office, in particular Power Point, Word, Excel
- You have an excellent ability to understand the different aspects of the company's business and environment
- You have a positive attitude and are able to solve problems
- You are able to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure within time constraints
- You are flexible, trustworthy and have a high level of discretion
- You are open to travel within the Frenchspeaking part of Switzerland, necessary to attend various meetings
