RESPONSABILE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Compiti in generale:
- Responsabilità e gestione del reparto Product Management (VP) e After Sales (VS)
- Realizzazione e gestione di studi di ricerca orientati al futuro e analisi di fattibilità
- Identificare ed implementare le esigenze dei clienti e le tendenze del mercato
- Osservazione e analisi delle nuove tecnologie e informazioni sulle loro possibili applicazioni
- Creazione di requisiti e specifiche dettagliate del prodotto
- Determinazione della roadmap del prodotto per il portafoglio tecnico dell'azienda basato sulle opportunità di business definite dal mercato e dai clienti
- Collaborazione con R&D per sviluppare strategie attraverso le quali le tecnologie vengono sviluppate o adeguate a soddisfare le esigenze del mercato e cogliere nuove opportunità
- Agire da collegamento tra le vendite, il marketing e la tecnica/ingegneri per supportare il posizionamento del prodotto e la domanda dei clienti nel contesto dello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti
- Gestione del listino prezzi
- Sono indispensabili ottime conoscenze linguistiche dell'italiano, del tedesco e dell'inglese (conoscenze del francese costituiscono titolo preferenziale).
Mansioni principali:
- Sviluppo di presentazioni concise e significative per obbiettivi interni ed esterni, istruzione del personale di vendita, corsi di formazione, fiere e clienti
- Supervisione e supporto delle filiali e dei partner
- Supporto al reparto vendita
- Proattività e progettazione dall'ideazione, all'implementazione fino al follow-up ed analisi; con più progetti in esecuzione contemporaneamente
- Contributo all'introduzione di prodotti sia a livello interno che esterno
- Elaborazione di analisi della concorrenza su prodotti, servizi, mercati e saperle argomentare
- Analisi dei costi interni di produzione e verifica della compatibilità con i prezzi di mercato, saper argomentare, rispetto alla concorrenza e messa in atto di misure, se necessario
- Ottimizzare e integrare il portafoglio prodotti in collaborazione con la tecnica
