Head of Dial Prototyping

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to head our dial prototyping team. As part of our production division, you will be responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising activities to ensure the execution of the production plan according to quality criteria and Philippe standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct stamping, machining, welding, and manual activities while respecting quality and deadlines.
• Ensure optimal coverage of prototype stock by managing load/capacity and enhancing industrial performance to balance work-in-progress and maintain cadence.
• Support team members in managing individual performance by promoting learning, versatility, skills necessary for each person's development.

About You:

You should have a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering with at least 5 years' experience in a managerial role within an industrial production environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is highly valued as well as proficiency in ERP systems like MS Office software packages such as Excel Word PowerPoint etc.
