We are a team of pursuit leads/bid managers that operate across 12 countries in Western Europe. Our role is to lead jointly with local and regional Sales teams. We create compelling proposals for Digital Transformation programs for Enterprise customers across all industries.


The Delivery Pursuit Lead works and collaborates with many stakeholders across Western Europe and EMEA, including Senior Leadership members and get guidance and approval on how to shape complex projects and/or programs of work.

It is a very diverse team spread across countries that collaborates very well and supports each other to be successful.

Responsibilities:


Leadership

  • Influences both customers and internal senior leadership to overcome obstacles and advance deals. Provides leadership and coaching to strategic partners and Microsoft stakeholders on common sales and delivery methodologies, as well as related processes.

Deal Quality

Execution

  • Enables quality reviews by adhering to Microsoft business rules and policies, to shape, review and approve a deal. Collaborates with sellers, operations, and Contract Assistance team (DCA) to issue contracts, supporting sales through negotiations with the customer as well as contract signature and processing. Appropriately demonstrates creativity in approach.

Qualifications:


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven years of experience in enterprise technology sales, consulting, or delivery management experience
  • Experience in Leading a large team of technical and sales professionals to shape and manage intricate digital transformation projects
  • Experience in coordinating and influences the development of quality deal artifacts for complex deals that meet customer expectations of scope, timeline, deliverables, and business outcomes. Defines expectations and accountabilities for artifact development and ensures they are followed by team members. Ensures consistency and quality across artifacts

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Management, Technology
  • Proven years experience in presales or bid management experience
